For B&B the rate is £120 per night weekdays and £140 at the weekend
The Turret has a single bed as well as the King which can be used for an additional £30
The mattresses are pocket sprung; duvets are fine down; feather or microfibre pillows and the sheets are white Egyptian cotton.
All rooms have a complimentary tea tray.
The ensuite bathrooms, sympathetically designed are modern and new.
Super fast free wi-fi is available throughout.
There is a guest sitting room with log fire & Smart TV

You must be aware
There are 3 friendly animals in residence
1 cat called Otto
and 2 Boston Terrier dogs called Kiki & Cornelius.
As the house dates back to the 16th century there are some steep winding stairs and low beams to negotiate, apart from The Garden Room which is located on the ground floor and has a large walk in shower.
Children are welcome
There is a 4th Room that can accommodate up to 3 children for £40 each per night
Cancellation policy
A 25%, non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
and the remainder becomes payable 14 days prior to your stay.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, a charge equal to the full amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Payment by BACS or cheque.
Check In Notes
Arrival time is crucial and is by arrangement only. Check in is generally after 3pm
Good communication is key so please text or phone one hour prior to arrival to confirm.
